Our bespoke wedding stationery service takes our client focused, organised and friendly approach to the next level.  A collaborative ‘team effort’, from concept design to completion, I will guide you through the process helping you to find, and verbalise, your ideas and transform them into the perfect paper goods for your wedding day! 

Using my expertise from a design and wedding planning perspective, I am here to guide you through every aspect of your journey. It can be overwhelming making choices when there are so many options available, but I will be there to offer honest and sound advice at every stage to make the process feel like a walk in the park.

the Process

One:

Get in touch

Our bespoke stationery service is not only providing you with beautiful unique stationery, but a personal and tailored service from start to finish. If you’ve had a look through the gallery and love our style, I would love to hear from you. Simply complete the enquiry form and I will be in touch to send you my availability to book in for an initial consultation.

Two:

Consultation & Proposal

We will have an initial telephone consultation, this normally lasts around 30-45minutes, where we can get to know one another a little better and talk through some of your plans for the day. This is one of my favourite stages as I love getting to know a couple and see if we are a good fit to work together. You will receive a proposal via email to confirm the design ideas we chatted about on our call and to give you some outline costs for your project.

Three:

Booking

When you have reviewed your proposal and finalised your choices, you can go straight ahead to confirm your booking by paying your deposit and accepting the terms and conditions. 

At this stage we will have discussed your own personal preference for starting your project and it will vary for each individual couple. Once your booking is confirmed I will provide you with everything you need to get started including a welcome questionnaire, access to your own personalised client portal and all our important dates for your wedding stationery.

Four:

Design & Production

Given the nature of bespoke stationery there might be a little bit of a time gap between our initial consultation and when your project starts. Before your start date, I will reach out and give you the opportunity to book a second consultation to go through all the finer details and finishing touches etc before we start designing.

I will reach out around 4weeks before your start date. The design stage is normally around 6-8 weeks before we go into print and production of your beautiful invitations.

Five:

Production and Delivery 

The exciting bit! Once your proofs are approved, you will receive a final print proof of your design to sign off on before everything is sent to print.

The production stage will take on average around 2 weeks, where I will carefully prepare, quality check and assemble all your beautiful paper goods ready to go to your lucky guests. You can also decide your preference of delivery or collection at this stage.

Please note:

To make sure I give each of my clients the absolute best experience, I take on a limited number of commissions each month making sure the clients I work with on a bespoke basis are a good fit for my style and I know I can work with.

In the object of fairness, projects are secured with a booking deposit and confirmed on a first come first served basis. Due to the bespoke nature of this service prices do vary from project to project, you can have a look through our price guide which will give you a starting point. It is my goal to be open and transparent about pricing so you will always receive a full quotation in your proposal before we move forward with your booking. The average Two Little Words bespoke couple will spend between £1000 and £1500 on their wedding invitations.
